How to get the perfect engraving
Your engraving is what makes a Dowzee case yours. A few simple tips will make sure it looks its best.
Keep it short
Engraving looks most elegant when it's minimal. Initials (up to 3 letters), a single first name, or a date usually look better than long phrases.
Check your spelling
We engrave exactly what you type, including capital letters, spaces and punctuation. Read it back carefully before you order.
Choose the right phone model
Go to Settings > General > About on your iPhone to find your exact model name. Personalised cases can't be exchanged for a different model.
Ideas to get you started
- Initials: A.J.M. or AJM, the timeless classic
- A name: perfect for gifts
- A date: a wedding, anniversary or birth date, such as 14.02.2026
- Coordinates: the place you met, got engaged or call home
- A single word: something meaningful to the two of you
