Made to order

Every Dowzee product is made to order, including personalised engraving. Please allow 2–5 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

UK delivery

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days. Delivery costs and options are shown at checkout before you pay. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

International delivery

Where international delivery is offered at checkout, orders typically arrive within 7–20 working days after dispatch. Import duties, taxes or customs charges may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Christmas and busy periods

Production and delivery can take longer around Black Friday and Christmas. We recommend ordering personalised gifts early.

Address details

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't change an address once an order has gone into production.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 25 working days (international), email us at pdonzo94@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.
